This is a high-level outline of our process. If you find that you are interested additional support or have questions, all you have to do is reach out!

We’d love to chat about supporting you!

1. Setup & Daily Ads Monitoring

We'll do the ads setup, then check and monitor your ads on a daily basis via ads manager.

2. Regular Reporting

Our team creates a tracking document that you can reference anytime for easy to interpret results.

3. Creative Direction & Copy Editing

We don’t create your graphics or copy - because we don’t employ a full time copywriter and because no one knows your audience like you. BUT we do have creative brainstorming sessions, provide direction on what to develop, and give feedback and copy editing on anything you send our way.

4. Monthly Strategy Calls

You can request a Zoom meeting up to once per month, in addition to regular communication via our client portal.

5. Tri-Weekly Client Check-Ins

We'll report to YOU on a regular basis each week on MWF, so you don't have to contact us to get updates. Proactive communication is our game!

Launch Management

This is the option I would recommend if you'd like to create an influx of sales in a short period of time and see what it's like to work with our agency.

If you would like us to help you map out your launch strategy, review your sales pages, your content for emails, etc - we can do so during the strategy onboarding session that centers around your launch.

This session includes a 60-75 minutes onboarding call for strategy, logistics, budget, & KPI planning. For Launch Management, there is no limit to how much you can spend on ads.

Ongoing/Evergreen Management

With this option, we will manage your Facebook Ads ongoing starting at $1,750/month

If you would like us to help you map out your ongoing strategy, review your sales pages, your content for emails, etc - we can do so during your strategy & an onboarding session that centers around your offer.

This session includes a 60-75 minutes onboarding call for strategy, logistics, budget, & KPI planning. For Launch Management, there is no limit to how much you can spend on ads.

Ongoing Management

Onboarding Fee of $1000 +

  • We do all of our contracts month-to-month; we simply ask that you be willing to commit at least 60-90 days to get everything started and seeing measurable results.

    • Strategy Creation, Review & Ads Feedback.

  • Ideally, 1-2 Months PRIOR to when you’d like to start. In some cases, we can onboard faster, but generally a 30-day onboarding is ideal.

  • For the majority clients, we’re at $1750/month - but as it gets more complex or includes multiple funnels the price may increase slightly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Right now, we don't have a copywriter on staff, so you provide copy and images. We believe that you know your audience better than we do, so we want to get your authentic voice in the copy, if possible. We'll still review for flow, compliance, and conversions.

  • We recommend a starting budget of $2000-2500 per month. We don't want you to spend more on management than you spend on ads - that makes it hard to see an overall ROI.

  • If you’re a course creator, there's a good chance the answer is yes! We've worked B2B and B2C, and we've also worked in every niche you can imagine from dog rehab to artists to psychic abilities to online marketing.

  • The thing with ads is we can't guarantee ANY ROI. Ethically and legally, we can't make any guarantees. But we CAN tell you that on our funnels we tend to see a 2-3x ROI; and on launches, 3-6x ROI on ad spend to sales.

  • Our average CPL varies dramatically by niche and audience. We have some clients that get a $1 CPL and for others a $3-5 CPL. We can discuss your specific goals and industry on a call if you'd like a better estimate.

  • Typically, we're booked out for 4-6 weeks. So, we can get you in for an initial strategy call in 2-4 weeks, and then ads usually start 2-4 weeks after that call. Meaning we're about 6 weeks from the first ad running. I know that can seem like a long time, but setting the stage for success takes time and is super important in getting results.

  • Video Series, Webinars, Funnels & Challenges ALL WORK GREAT. It's about finding what works for you - during our initial strategy call, we can discuss the best options for your business & industry.

  • It varies by client, but we tend to test on warm audiences, expand to look-a-like audiences, and then move into cold markets. We then layer in additional retargeting, warmup strategies, and engagement marketing strategies.
